I have many years of understanding, experience and knowledge in nutrition and supplements. This is currently being backed up with a City and Guilds Advanced Diploma in Nutrition covering Weight Management, Behaviour Change Coaching, Nutrition for Sport and Exercise, Pre and Postnatal Nutrition, Childhood Nutrition and Obesity Prevention.
A massive part of your goal is achieved through optimum nutrition and should include a good balance of all macronutrients (carbohydrates, fats and proteins) in the right amounts - NOT following some unsustainable fad diet that will only deliver short lived results. Together with the macronutrients we need fibre, vitamins, minerals and water, again all in the right amounts.
