"I hadn't really realised the size I'd become until I started trying on wedding dresses, faced with a full length mirror and a size 16 dress that wouldn't fit, I knew I wanted to change. Sounds silly but I didn't want to order a size 18 dress and I wanted to look my best on my big day.
I started with Andy around the start of Nov 2015. We met twice a week where possible and I very quickly started to really enjoy the sessions. I looked forward to the different routines Andy had pre planned specifically for me to target the areas I wanted to, each session different and a combination of cardio and resistance training which surprisingly I started to love doing! As an added bonus he also gave nutritional advice and a steer on type of food to eat, whilst also still stressing to enjoy life and have the odd treat now and then.
This resulted in a realistic plan for me to follow and more of a change in lifestyle rather than a quick fad diet, that meant I could easily maintain it too!
The results were brilliant, I ordered a size 12 dress which in the end was too big for me and required adjustments!!! Just 14 months after my first session with Andy cane my Big Day I'd worked so hard for and I felt incredible. I had the best honeymoon feeling the most body confident I had done in a long time!

I approached Andy to ask for help in toning up and losing inches having not worked out due to injury for some months. Andy carefully listened to my limitations and areas of weakness and designed a programme for me which was both challenging and motivating.
